Course Overview

Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is designed to prepare you to perform a role in which you need to apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. The course will help you to cultivate your talents in taking initiative and judgment to initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation, in which you would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
In this course, you will learn a broad range of core subjects designed to develop your advanced leadership and management competencies including applying critical thinking for complex problem solving, leading innovative thinking and practice, initiating and leading applied research, leading strategic transformation, developing and cultivating collaborative partnerships and relationships, and implementing improved learning practice. In addition, you will also learn how to contribute to organisational performance development and to the development of learning and development strategies.

IELTS Score (Minimum) Valid evidence of attainment of Academic IELTS (International English Language Testing System) overall band score: 5.5, but minimum 5.0 in individual band (test results must be no more than 2-years-old) or it's equivalent.
