The Diploma of Project Management is designed to teach International Students how to execute and lead projects in a variety of contexts and industry sectors.
By the end of this course, you will be equipped with a solid knowledge base and be able to use a range of specialised, technical and managerial strategies to initiate, plan, execute and evaluate your own work and the work of others in your team.
Students will study business operations and structure with case studies on how administration roles contribute to the workplace.
You will learn, understand and apply fundamental management lessons to prepare you to be responsible for achieving project objectives.
