The Diploma of Project Management develops the skills and knowledge to lead a project from conception to completion, encapsulating skills including budget setting, progress tracking, managing development, leading communications and providing inspirational and effective team leadership.
Experienced industry trainers offer a sound theoretical approach as well as real-world case studies to ensure students are prepared to overcome constraints to deliver projects on time and on budget. The Diploma of Project Management has been designed in consultation with industry experts, equipping graduates with the complete range of skills needed to be a high-performing project manager. The transferable skills taught in this course will leave graduates equipped to work across a wide range of industries and in any number of roles.
The Diploma of Project Management is completed over a 52 week period (48 teaching weeks) and includes 12 units of competency, 8 core units and 4 elective units. The assessments will be in the form of assignments, projects, presentations and case studies and students will develop skills such as:
