Course Overview

TMG College Australia’s (TMG) Diploma of Mental Health program has been designed to allow students the ability to gain real
work experience whilst furthering their working knowledge and skills of the Mental Health Industry.
Students will be introduced to the following main learning areas within this qualification:
? How to correctly provide systems advocacy services
? How to correctly work collaboratively with the care network and other services
? How to correctly provide early intervention, health prevention and promotion programs
? How to correctly provide support to develop wellness plans and advanced directives
? How to correctly implement trauma informed care
All of which we have you ready for multiple areas of employment possibilities within Mental Health sector

Course Structure

To achieve this qualification, you are required to successfully complete 20 units of competency, 15 Core + 5 Electives.
