The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management is a nationally recognised course for those seeking to develop competency in operational planning, organising and leading successful teams to meet organisational / enterprise requirements and strategies.

The course will be delivered over a one-year period. The course will be delivered in four terms over two semesters. The course is delivered in a purpose designed learning environment. Training is conducted face-to-face in a classroom/computer lab (theoretical/practical) environment.
