Individual in leadership roles demonstrate initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own performance and work outcomes, as well as of team members. This course helps develop communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. Students will also develop skills and knowledge in managing teams, work relationships, continuous improvement, professional development, and workplace learning.
