Course Overview

Diploma of Human Resource Management is designed to help you realise your potentials in mentoring, and getting the best out of others while caring about company culture. This course will enable your career advancement in the area of human resource management across a broad range of industries.
Throughout this course, you will learn to strategically and confidently coordinate human resource functions and processes and implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs, facilitate performance development processes, as well as coordinate the learning and development of teams and individuals. In addition, you will also learn how to coordinate workforce plan implementation, manage employee and industrial relations and manage business risk. Our highly experienced and capable trainers will also showcase how to manage recruitment and on-boarding, coordinate remuneration & employee benefits, manage personal and professional development, manage budgets and financial plans and lead diversity and inclusion.

Entry Requirement

IELTS Score (Minimum) Valid evidence of attainment of Academic IELTS (International English Language Testing System) overall band score: 5.5, but minimum 5.0 in individual band (test results must be no more than 2-years-old) or it's equivalent.

With little or no prior work experience, you should expect to enter the industry in positions such as human resource officer; while with substantial work experience, you could obtain positions such as human resource manager, human resource consultant, or change manager.
