Course Overview

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who use sound knowledge of industry operations and a broad range of managerial skills to coordinate hospitality operations. They operate independently, have responsibility for others and make a range of operational business decisions. This course has a workplace component.

Admission Requirements
Minimum Age to Apply Students must be 18 years or older.
Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum) Students must have an IELTS score of 5.5 or it's equivalent.

Internship or Work Placements

Since there are no core skills to learn prior to working in a front-of-house situation and training is performed by the workplace to their standards and processes, work placement can occur throughout the 48 weeks of the qualification and consists of 36 shifts (100 hours) for SITHIND004 Work Effectively in hospitality service.
