Admission Requirements
Academic Entry Requirements	A minimum of an Australian High School Certificate or have graduated from high school in your country. Additionally the CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care requires a prerequisite of Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Minimum Age to Apply	Students must be at least 18 years if age at the time on enrollment.

Internship or Work Placements

Diploma students have a minimum of 280 mandatory practicum placement hours. Early Childhood Education and Care students will undertake their practicum placements in a registered Child Care Centre.

Please Note: A Working with Children Check is a prerequisite for undertaking practicum placement.
