Course Overview

This Qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, coordinating and/or delivering of person – centered service to individuals, groups and communities.

At this level, workers have specialised skills in community services and work autonomously under broad directions from senior management. Workers are usually providing direct support to individuals or groups of individuals. Workers may also have responsibility for the supervision of other workers and volunteers and/or case management; program coordination or the development of new business opportunities.

Entry Requirement

Admission Requirements
Minimum Age to Apply

18 years at the commencement of the course.

Australian Police Clearance Check required.

Have a reasonable level of physical fitness to practice manual handing.

Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum) International Students are required to have IELTS 5.5 level or higher with no band less than 5.0; OR
An Upper Intermediate level certificate from ELICOS; OR
Completed at least 6 months of study in an Australian educational institution.
