This qualification is designed to meet the needs of builders, including selecting contractors, covering work in medium rise residential and commercial applications.

| Academic Entry Requirements | To gain entry to full course it is recommended you: Completed Level 10 or Higher To gain entry for RPL for the 8 units taken from CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction, it is recommended that you have: Have been employed in the general construction industry and have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in residential and commercial applications for RPL. |
| Minimum Age to Apply | Must be older than 18 years of age to enrol. A student younger would find it hard to have gained the level of knowledge and skills gained through life, work and study, that is required to meet the criteria of RPL |
