Course Overview

This qualification provides graduates with the skills and knowledge to work in the banking and finance sector. These include customer contact centers or retail and/or commercial financial services environments. Employees in these roles have autonomy in performing technical operations, are able to apply solutions to a range of often complex problems, and research, analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

ELECTIVE UNITS
  1. FNSBNK412 Align banking products with the needs of small business customers
  2. FNSBNK511 Manage banking and service strategy for small business customers
  3. FNSCUS512 Monitor clients’ financial requirements
  4. FNSCRD513 Promote client understanding of the role and effective use of consumer credit

Entry Requirement

Admission Requirements
Minimum Age to Apply
To study at Danford College, all international students must be at least 18 years of age or above when the course starts.
Academic Entry Requirements
All international students must meet a minimum academic requirement to gain admission to Danford College. Danford College requires the successful completion of studies equivalent to Australian Year 12 education as the minimum level of entry into our courses.
Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum)
International students must provide evidence of English language proficiency to Danford College. Students must have a minimum score of an internationally recognised English test.

For most Vocational course’s students are required to have a minimum IELTS (International English Language Testing Service) score of 5.5 overall with no band/sub score under 5.0 or equivalent English language tests as per accepted by the Department of Immigration.
