Elective Unit Selection Criteria 11 Elective units, of which:
up to 11 units may be chosen from the Elective Units listed below
up to 2 units may be chosen from a Certificate IV qualification or above in this Training Package or another endorsed Training Package or accredited course, provided that the units chosen contribute to the vocational outcome of this qualification and do not duplicate the outcome of another unit chosen for the qualification

Duration
This program will be delivered over a period of 25 weeks 20 hours per week by 20 teaching weeks and 5 weeks of holidays.

Academic Entry Requirements
Must have completed an automotive Certificate IV qualification in one of the following:
  • AUR40216 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
  • AUR40816 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Overhauling
  • Completed year 12(HSC or equivalent)
Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum) Minimum 5.5 IELTS Score Internationally recognized exam result in line with Department of Home Affairs regulations
