Course Overview

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who undertake leadership and management roles in the automotive industry. It is suitable for entry into senior management roles in all sectors of the automotive industry.

  2. AURAMA005 Manage complex customer issues in an automotive workplace
  3. AURAMA006 Contribute to planning and implementing business improvement in an automotive workplace
  4. BSBWHS521 Ensure a safe workplace for a work area
  5. BSBFIM501 Manage budgets and financial plans
  6. BSBMGT502 Manage people performance
  7. BSBINN502 Build and sustain an innovative work environment
  8. BSBMKG514 Implement and monitor marketing activities
  9. BSBCUS501 Manage quality customer service
  10. BSBADM504 Plan and implement administrative systems
  11. BSBWOR502 Lead and manage team effectiveness
  12. BSBHRM405 Support the recruitment, selection & induction of Staff

Entry Requirement

Admission Requirements
Academic Entry Requirements Students must have successfully completed Year 12 or equivalent. 
Minimum Age to Apply Sheffield requires that all students must be 18 years of age or above at the commencement of the course.

Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum)

Must have an IELTS overall band of 5.5 or equivalent. 

Those who do not meet the minimum IELTS requirement will be referred to an accredited English Language Training provider to undertake an English Language course prior to commencing this qualification.
