Course Overview
As a new manager, you will build the fundamental skills and knowledge required to develop as a leader across a range of workplaces and industries.
You will learn to effectively lead teams, manage communication, coordinate business plans, mentor others and devise creative solutions to problems. You will gain the ability to assume responsibility for your own performance as a manager, as well as provide leadership, guidance and support for others.

| IELTS Score (Minimum) | IELTS proficiency level of 5.5 or above or equivalent. You are exempt from needing to provide evidence of your English proficiency if: You have citizenship or permanent long-term residence and completed secondary or higher education studies in an English-speaking country. You have completed a Certificate IV (AQF level 4) or higher in Australia within the last 2 years.
