You’ll use scientific and practical knowledge in digital circuit technology to build electronics systems and devices that benefit lives. Create hardware, firmware, software and interfacing systems that let computers communicate with each other and the world. Enhance your skills through an optional paid co-operative internship, an optional specialization in Management Sciences and Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a summer research internship and leading-edge research projects.

Academic Entry Requirements | Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with a minimum of six Grade 12 U or M courses including the following program specific requirements.
Typically, a minimum overall average of 70% establishes eligibility for admission consideration; subject to competition individual programs may require higher prerequisite grades and/or higher overall averages:
English/anglais (ENG4U/EAE4U preferred)
One of Chemistry (SCH4U) or Biology (SBI4U)
Note: the minimum grade(s) required in the subject prerequisites (normally in the 65-70% range) will be determined subject to competition
Note: Applicants with a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university will not be considered for admission to the four-year degree program.
Applicants who have completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma must present grades of 4 or higher in three Higher Level and three Standard Level subjects, including prerequisite subjects, and a total score of 28 or higher (bonus points will be accepted). |
