.If you want to develop your leadership and management expertise, the Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management will give you the tools to advance your management, decision-making and problem-solving skills valuable across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

The course covers changing and dynamic organisational environments, and is suitable for students seeking a career in a range of sectors, including government, corporate houses, community service and not-for-profit organisations as well as people with technical backgrounds in engineering and medicine, who are seeking career progression into management.

You will develop advanced knowledge and skills in the field of planning, organising, implementing and monitoring your own workload and the workload of others. You will also develop communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.

The course positions you to step beyond where you are now. You will broaden your knowledge of key management constructs and transform how you lead and manage.

Entry Requirement

Admission Requirements
Minimum Age to Apply International students must be 18 years or older at course commencement.

Academic Entry Requirements
  • Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions).
or
  • Have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum) To meet English language requirements an IELTS score of 5.5 or it's equivalent is required.
English Language Requirements

Students may also show English language proficiency through;

  • Minimum of two years study at an AQF level 4 or higher completed in Australia.

OR

  • Senior Secondary Certificate of Education completed in Australia
