Course Overview

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as human resources directors, strategists and national regional or global human resources managers. They provide leadership and strategic direction in the human resources activities of an organisation. They analyse, design and execute judgements using wide-ranging technical, creative, conceptual or managerial competencies. Their knowledge base may be highly specialised or broad within the human resources field. These individuals are often accountable for group outcomes and for the overall performance of the human resources function of an organisation.

This course provides you with the necessary skills and knowledge required to be a valued leader in the ever changing and growing field of Human Resource Management. During this course you will be trained to undertake the position of human resources directors, strategists and national, regional or global human resources Managers in roles in which it is necessary to display leadership, plan the human resources activities and ensure the legitimacy and image of an organisation are required to have a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of technical, creative, conceptual or managerial competencies.

Admission Requirements
Academic Entry Requirements This course requires successful completion of BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management; or BSB50618 Diploma of Human Resources Management (or a superseded equivalent version).
Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum) International students must have a minimum overall band of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
