Course Overview

This qualification reflects the role of an individual working as a senior civil works designer or a paraprofessional designer, who supports professional engineers. They perform tasks that are broad, specialized, complex and technical and include strategic areas and initiating activities. They are responsible for the design of complex projects to ensure the implementation of the client’s site requirements and are required to demonstrate self-directed application of theoretical and technical knowledge and initiate solutions to technical problems or management requirements.

Course Structure

Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design consists of twelve (12) units of competency, comprising 5 core units and 7 elective units.

Admission Requirements
Academic Entry Requirements Year 12 with a pass of 60% in best four academic subjects and no gap in studies.
Minimum Age to Apply International students must be 18 years of age 
Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum) IELTS score 5.5 overall (with no band less than 5.0) or equivalent Pearson Test of English (PTE)
