Academic Entry Requirements | To gain entry into the CPC60212 Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management), it is recommended that you have: Have been employed in the general construction industry and have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in residential and commercial applications for RPL |
Minimum Age to Apply | Must be older than 18 years of age to enrol. A student younger would find it hard to have gained the level of knowledge and skills gained through life, work and study, that is required to meet the criteria of RPL |
This qualification is designed to meet the needs of builders and managers of medium-large sized building businesses, as per the license requirements of State Regulators. It provides the knowledge and skills required to coordinate the overall construction of open rise buildings and manage more complex projects and processes.
This qualification is recognised by State Building Regulators including Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC), Fairtrading NSW, Victorian Building Authority (VBA), WA Building Commission, SA Consumer & Business Services.
