This course will provide an English language qualification recognised by leading Australian universities including: CQU, ECU, Murdoch University, UoW and Sheridan Institute of Higher Education. Students will be equipped with the required level of English language enabling them to undertake further studies in the Higher Education sector.
Students entering undergraduate degrees:
Students will enter the course with an equivalent IELTS band 5.5/CEFR B2 and exit with the equivalent of a band 6.0/CEFR B2+. Students are expected to develop their language skills to Upper-Intermediate level.
Students entering postgraduate degrees:
Students will enter the course with an equivalent IELTS band 6.0/CEFR B2+ and exit with the equivalent of a band 6.5/CEFR C1. Students are expected to develop their language skills to Advanced level.
